Christina Krog fra sekretariatet har fra 1. januar 2012 overtaget rollen som netværkets internationale repræsentant efter Camilla Meyer. 
Christina Krog er således ansvarlig for at sikre koordinering, forpligtelse og repræsentation i WHO Healthy Cities Network.
